Return Policy

We provide returns and exchanges for products with manufacturing defect or being out of expectation, within 14 calendar days from the date product is received. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Items should be returned unused with our tags, original packaging and packing slip. 
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its validity for returns, a replacement product or refund will be sent to customer.
You will receive a new order number and tracking number for your replacement orders.

Returning Products 

To initiate a return, kindly contact us here with your order number or name and our customer care representative will advise you accordingly.
Items that are not damaged, faulty or different than what was ordered: Customers will need to bear the delivery costs and this is non-refundable.
Kindly notify us of the tracking or mailing details of the item you are returning so that we can promptly track and receive your package for further action.
